I tend to notice patterns before I notice tasks.
When something feels tense or stuck, I’m usually looking for the structure underneath it — not the surface behaviour.

I’ve worked across health tech, finance, and public service, often stepping into projects that are already in motion but missing structure.

How I Work

I wear different hats depending on what the situation calls for — product owner, business analyst, project lead — but the role underneath is consistent:
I make complexity understandable.

  • Aligning delivery goals with what actually matters

  • Modelling systems so people are speaking the same language

  • Keeping work moving without adding unnecessary process

I’m flexible, practical, and quietly relentless. I won’t add noise — I’ll help reduce it.

Why This Work Matters

I’ve been inside teams doing their best with limited support.
I’ve also seen what changes when one person helps connect the dots.
Clarity creates momentum. Structure creates breathing room.

A Bit More About Me

I live on the west coast of Canada and work remotely across time zones. When I’m not mapping processes, I’m walking my dog, knitting something cozy, or disappearing into topics like cyberpsychology and systems thinking.

I believe technology should support people — not overwhelm them.

If you think I might be useful, you can email me.
A short note is enough.
