Hello
Hi, I’m Rebecca — a process thinker, product strategist, and delivery lead who helps teams turn complexity into clarity.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked across industries like health tech, finance, public service, and print operations, often stepping into projects that are already in motion but missing structure. I bring the kind of calm momentum that helps teams breathe again — not by adding more meetings, but by asking the right questions, simplifying what matters, and building a path forward.
What I Actually Do
I wear a few hats depending on what your team needs most:

-
Product Owner — Aligning user needs with delivery goals and making the backlog make sense
-
Business Analyst — Modelling systems and workflows so everyone’s speaking the same language
-
Project Manager — Keeping things moving, without adding friction or process for the sake of it

What ties it all together is clarity. I bring definition to ambiguous problems, connect the dots across departments, and document decisions so the next step is always obvious — and intentional.
How I Work
My engagements are scoped around outcomes, not hours. That means I’m here to help you:

-
Unblock a stalled project
-
Bring a vision into a workable roadmap
-
Map out a legacy system that no one understands
-
Support delivery across internal and external teams

I’m flexible, practical, and quietly relentless. I won’t add noise — I’ll help reduce it.
Why This Work Matters to Me
Behind every chaotic project is a team that cares but doesn’t have the tools, the time, or the structure to succeed. I’ve been there — inside teams doing their best with limited support — and I’ve seen what’s possible when just one person helps connect the pieces.

Whether I’m supporting a full rebuild, a public-sector rollout, or a startup’s MVP strategy, my goal is always the same: to bring clarity, momentum, and a deep understanding of what’s really needed.
A Bit More About Me
I live on the west coast of Canada and work remotely with clients across time zones. When I’m not building strategies or mapping processes, I’m walking my dog, knitting something cozy, or diving into topics like cyberpsychology, systems thinking, and human design.

I also write about mindful tech, digital transformation, and business process clarity — because I believe technology should support people, not overwhelm them.
